I took part in an online summit program a while back and, in answer to a question about what happens when difficult feelings or emotions arise, I talked about loving what arises instead of fighting with it. In fact what I was really asking was, is it possible for us to fall in love with our inner experience in the way of a profoundly deep acceptance, and can that be an ongoing and daily devotion, not some fixed place or philosophy?
