WOMEN ARE RISING

I don’t care who knows my view
Because I stand by it
Unashamedly

Women are the future
Of this planet
And these morally bankrupt societies

Not the women
Who have themselves been bankrupted

But the ones whose hearts are being broken
By what’s happening around them
By all this corruption
This constant warring
The misogyny that runs rampant
The neglect and abuse of children
By the rape of the planet for greed and power

Those women
Who long to redress imbalance
And they are rising, awakening
And remembering

It’s an unstoppable wave
I give my allegiance to that
And I don’t care who knows.
