If a small version of you turned up at your door, crying or frightened or angry, full of emotion,
Would you turn them away?
Would you banish them?
No surely you would not, you would welcome them and listen to them and love them and cease judging them.
Why then do you turn all emotional visitors away when they come?
They have come for love. Give them love without indulgence, but without coldness. Love them as God would, unconditionally. That safety and unconditionality will melt them and you, and you will merge into the union you are. This is healing.
Go deeper and ever deeper within Until communing is all there is There is the union you seek It's not up, it's in. ------------------------ Find the myth of your journey Listen to the ancient secrets Wrapped up in you Search within for wisdom Don’t worry about enlightenment The wisdom itself When you discover it Will be more than enough ------------------------ To know it all as a manifestation of God Is to forgive it and have compassion for it. ----------------------- Your true lover Is your experience For it is the divine You dance with. ------------------------ To neglect the inner life, The life of the spirit and soul, Is to live on the surface of the ocean Never diving into the vastness below To explore its depth and wonder. ------------------------ There is nothing As beautiful as openness It is like watching the rain arrive And soak the parched land Surely this is love's finest display The divine exalts in millions of ways But to see the hardness of the human Soften into tenderness and surrender Is to witness grace. ----------------------- Divine eternal intelligence Has taken form As you Honor that miracle. --------------------- You don't have to be fixed You don't have to be strong You don't have to be enlightened Just be true to your deepest. ---------------------- The Fruit Will Ripen. Soften up my hardened friend You are not a nut that needs cracking You are a fruit that needs ripening This tenderness we speak of Is natural and will unfold in its own time Through diligent watering and weeding No need for the urgent approach If you try and ripen a fruit too early It tastes empty and tart But do not take these words For a call to laziness For in laziness you will not bother Watering and weeding And the fruit will shrivel up. ------------------------ The seeds of love Are already planted in you But they must be watered For that love to flower Into something beautiful.
Come to my open meeting exploring the nature and effect of impermanence on us. I would love to see you there.
So beautiful Kavi. Thank you. Xx
