When all is said and done, only the deepest acceptance offers us the peace we seek. I realized that almost always non interference allows a natural flow of innate intelligence that leads to a better outcome than interference. Of course the ego self says ‘no,’ for it is rooted in interference and interpretation. That’s what it does.
And yet..
Spiritual maturity
Is the capacity to watch the river flow
Without any need to interfere with it.
Just leave things alone and see what happens.
Here are some poems, thanks for reading.
Friend, how will we speak of our darkness? As though it were a ghost That seeks only to haunt us And we must drive it further into the shadows? Or as a long lost friend Who seeks to remind us of something we have lost And longs to be invited into the warmth of our heart? --------------------------- The world is inside you Inside your being, Your field of consciousness But you don’t love it You judge it, scorn it You may even fear it Or resent it But the world is inside you And the invitation is to love it As a mother loves her baby Unconditionally without measure. ------------------------- Spiritual maturity Is the capacity to watch the river flow Without any need to interfere with it. --------------------------- The depth of you Is a vast ocean Far from being a tiny spec Of a vulnerable body In a hostile universe You are the universe Appearing for a moment As a unique flower of form A miracle of existence. ---------------------------- How do you know the grit you feel that you think shouldn’t be there Because it causes emotional pain, Is not exactly what you need to grow. ------------------------------ The deeper inside you go The less of you there is. ----------------------------- THE WOUNDED HEALER IS YOU. Admit that what happened hurt you It broke something open That created a fracture And you have been carrying that fracture For years Coping, compensating, projecting Sometimes dragging it around Like an unwanted gift Always aware of this heaviness But slowly something has changed And now you realize that What seemed like a burden Has actually served you Has forged you, grown you, Deepened you And opened your heart And you no longer resent it Or hold a grievance But actually you love it And in loving it You let go of it And now you are free To love fully To hold others in tenderness To carry your wounds As a blessing and not as a curse You are the wounded healer. ---------------------------- If you really want to heal the world Meet your experience With an open heart And a non judgmental mind. ---------------------------- Come out, come out From behind the wall Of your mind’s knowing Stop trying to convince everyone You know anything Everyone in this gathering Is a window Through which God looks.
Sublime intimacy 💜
Beautiful Kavi thank you very much. To face, accept and love what we feel is unacceptable in ourselves is courageous and humbling.
