THE INNER GARDEN

What grows in that heart garden of yours
I pray for you it is beautiful flowers
Magnificent orchards
And blossoming trees

But if there are weeds
Choking the beauty
Do not despair
Those weeds are not useless
To some they are food and nutrition
Everything can be transformed
Think of the humble worm
That delights on them

Don’t worry so much
About getting rid of things
Instead welcome all equally
Throw your garden open
Celebrate it all
Even the dark vine
The creeping ivy
And the weeds.
