THE HIDDEN BEAUTY IN PANDORA’S BOX

A few words for today.

What we carry through life
All the way from childhood to grave
Influences our entire experience
Of this precious existence.

Left unexamined it guides our hand unconsciously
As though we were victims, or hapless puppets of our karma.

Opening this pandora’s box often brings pain, sorrow, anger, grief and intensity.

But it begins to give us conscious choice about how we live in our existence, how we see ourselves and what we do.

In this way we stop being victims, we cut the strings of our karma and start really living beyond the dream of our lives.

This is often, and for most people, more important and useful than any idea of awakening or enlightenment.  

It IS awakening, and it IS a kind of enlightenment.
