THE GRIEVERS KNOW A SECRET
Let those of us who wish to, weep
Let us grieve without shame
And mourn for the many tragedies
That have befallen those who have gone before us
Maybe the grievers know a secret
That only our shared sorrow
And the beauty that arises from that spring
Will bring the world back to life
For what is life without grief
Grief is how the heart speaks to the world
And to deny that voice
Is to deny the very truth in our hearts.
