THE DANCE OF FORM AND FORMLESS
If we could just touch Our unconditional nature And catch a glimpse Of eternity’s secrets For one exquisite moment We might stop being So lost in form’s illusion And become true human beings We are designed Like the ocean The sky The universe They are us, we are them Made of the same stuff To flourish and walk harmoniously On this earth We must hold form Gently in the formless Cup the conditional Tenderly in our unconditional hands We are vast beyond measure Invulnerable and eternal Yet we are also fragile creatures Who break and hurt and suffer The path is to know both intimately Without preference for one or the other.
