Another week flows by in the time based world. I have been increasingly aware of the fragility of life. It endlessly softens this heart and mind.
To be so in love with life without clutching at it, that is the delicate dance I aspire to.

Don’t give your allegiance to anxiety or fear
It is a terrible master
And will shrivel your world to a dried-up pea

Give all your allegiance to love
And the beauty within
To truth, tenderness and grace
And it will expand your world
Into the universe.

Friend, it is never too late
To sing your song
To give expression
To your uniqueness
And I’m not talking about
Mouthing from your ego
I’m talking about
Saying your blessed name
Into the eternal ocean
From your soul.

These days I wake up
And see God everywhere
I cannot account for this
It doesn't seem to have anything
To do with effort
I can't locate this knowing
It is everywhere inside and outside
A reverie of sorts
Yet still there is breakfast
And the work of the day to attend to.

Become a lover
Of the fire of truth
That transforms you
Love even the resistance
That seems to pull you away
From the flame.

We are magnificent and significant
Here by the authority of the divine
Nobody can take that away

There is no you
Go so far in
You disappear

For a moment
Let all sense
Of boundary
Between you
And the world
Dissolve into one
Ah! the ocean of beingness
What nourishment, what peace.

Let me see your soul
Open your windows
There is nothing to hide
Nakedness is the truth of us.
