IT'S OK TO FEEL
It’s ok to feel low
It’s ok to feel demoralized
It’s ok to feel angry
It’s ok to feel grief
It’s ok to feel fear
It’s ok to feel anxious
It’s ok to feel depressed
It’s ok to feel frustrated
It’s ok to feel bereft
It’s ok to not feel anything
It’s ok to not know
It’s ok to feel confused
It’s just ok
Don’t censor yourself
And draw erroneous lines
That dismiss some feelings
And choose others
Allow everything to flow
Just don’t attach
Over importance to it
And soon the drama of what is felt
Will lose its intensity
And equanimity will arise.
