Greetings once again. It’s Friday and I seem to have found myself offering you a selection of short poems that have emerged this week in the course of things. Some have been around for a while but most emerge as each day rolls along. As I have said before, Twitter has been very kind to me so far and harnessed something within that thrives on the minimalism of it. Kind of ‘get to the point,’ Kavi.

Live from your questioning Walking in the unknown Not from your answers Imagining you are on solid ground. ----------------------------------------- Friend, everything appears out of the vastness And disappears into the vastness Including all your thought Why then attach so much of your worth To that which arrives and disappears? ------------------------------------------ Each one of us Has a unique way Of understanding And expressing This existence Don't worry What others Are doing or saying Simply court your own Unique way Without harming others. ------------------------------------------- Everything is simply itself Except the mind That thinks something is wrong. ------------------------------------------ This giving up Some call surrender Is either an invitation To resignation Which magnifies suffering Or the most profound acceptance Which leads to freedom. ----------------------------------------- The extent to which We can meet and embrace ourselves Is the extent to which We can meet and embrace others. ----------------------------------------- Don’t cling to an identity It doesn’t describe you It only imprisons you Be no-one Fantastically. ----------------------------------------- Don’t resist your call to deepen The pull you feel Is the divine tugging at your soul. ---------------------------------------- There is no reason for anything Until you realize there is only One reason for everything To open our hearts And remember The unconditional love we are. ---------------------------------------- Give voice to the love You already are. ----------------------------------------
