HAVE SOME KINDNESS

Understand how difficult it is
For most people to face themselves
And meet their unresolved emotions

Know how tough it is for you
To bear what feels unbearable
And have compassion and kindness
For those who just can’t do it

Not as some holier than thou thing
But as a genuine recognition
Of how hard it is to let go
Of all that has been held onto

The ruts of conditioning run deep
And are hard to heal.
