Here we are again at another Friday. So much happens in a week, in a day, in an hour, and yet, beneath waves of phenomenon, what really happens? Anyway I am here to entertain you, hopefully inspire you and remind you in case you were beginning to forget that which is most precious, your innermost beauty.
"I feel lost, confused, frustrated What can I do?" Stay with it It’s a sign that mind is struggling To understand, explain And control what’s being received Open up some more Let the fresh air Blow through your house Dance in your confusion Don't seek an answer so quickly. ---------------------------------- If you soften enough And mind becomes Utterly still A strange thing happens You fall into The consciousness of nature Animals, trees, flowers, birds Are there But you cannot force it It is a profoundly delicate place A communion, an exquisite encounter. ----------------------------------- Become so open that everything Flows through you, nothing sticks This is your lightness of being, ---------------------------------- Who really sees through your eyes? Pay attention to who is really looking And you will discover the beloved, The secret one, quietly and without drama Looking out through you God looks through your eyes No need to search Realize. ----------------------------------- Feet in the soil Head in the universe Heart the bridge between them. ----------------------------------- And in the midst of physical pain A reverie did come upon me No resistance to what was happening Except a small skirmish on the surface Not a mental experience that argued with it Just an abiding in this-ness A softening of profound acceptance A great reverie. ------------------------------------ We are easily convinced of our smallness But not so easily convinced of our greatness. ------------------------------------- I suddenly realized I knew nothing And was just guessing And so was everyone else That realization Brought great laughter And a lightness of being From which I never recovered. -------------------------------------- Thank you for reading. Be blessed. x
Thank you Kavi, inspiring.
