BRINGING AWARENESS TO STUCK PATTERNS

We all have unconscious patterns that keep replaying in our lives, often without us even realizing it. These patterns—rooted in childhood experiences, past trauma, or learned behavior—can feel like ruts that we fall into repeatedly, creating cycles that are difficult to break. They often show up in relationships, emotions, and behaviors, acting out old strategies for love, safety, or survival that no longer serve us.

The key to transforming these patterns lies in awareness. When we begin to notice the habitual ways in which we react, think, and feel—especially in moments of tension or pain—we can start to see these patterns for what they are: echoes of the past, trying to get to the light of awareness and love.

Through awareness, we create space to meet these patterns with compassion, rather than judgment. Instead of pushing them away or pretending they don’t exist, we invite them to be seen and felt. This act of seeing them clearly, without resistance, is where the real transformation begins.

By becoming more aware of these unconscious behaviors and thoughts, we can shift from being controlled by them to holding them in a more grounded, loving presence. This doesn’t mean bypassing or suppressing the past—it means allowing it to unravel in the light of our deeper essence, which is love. As we bring this awareness to the patterns that have kept us stuck, we allow them to heal, dissolve, and ultimately transform into something more aligned with who we truly are.

To a unique imprint
Yet all the same
As flowers in the field
Trees in the forest
Birds in the sky
Planets in the galaxy
Not so different from nature
After all.

Once you catch the fragrance of the garden
you will follow it forever
for love’s scent is irresistible
and all we really want
is to lose ourselves in its embrace,
to vanish into the bloom of its beauty,
to be carried by the wind of its longing
until nothing remains but the fragrance itself.

There is dust in your eyes
Here, meet life without knowing anything,
From the silent emptiness.
It cleans the eyes
And brings great equanimity.

It’s never too late
To give yourself
The unconditional love
You didn’t receive as a child
But you have to stop listening
To the voices of negativity
That you have believed to be true
And give your devotion
Only to the voice of natural wholeness.

Be an alchemist
Turn your suffering
Back into love
And the illusion of separation 
Back into union.

On the long path home
I came undone ten thousand times
And each time
The self reformed again
Until one time 
It simply didn’t reform
And since then there has only been
This openness and inner freedom.
