What is true healing? Is it the absence of pain, the resolution of suffering, or the restoration of wholeness? True healing transcends these definitions. It is not a destination but an ongoing process—an inquiry into the nature of our experience. At its heart, healing invites us into an intimate relationship with all that arises, a journey that unfolds through allowing, intimacy, and love.
The End of Resistance
Healing begins where resistance ends. So often, we resist pain, fear, or discomfort, believing they are obstacles to overcome. In reality, they are doorways to deeper understanding. By allowing our emotions, wounds, and challenges to exist without judgment, we dismantle the walls of resistance. Allowing is not passive; it is an act of courage that creates space for transformation to take root.
Intimacy With Experience
True healing asks for intimacy—not only with the joyful but with the raw, tender, and uncomfortable aspects of our lives. This intimacy is an invitation to meet life as it is, without the filters of avoidance or control. In embracing our experience fully, we dissolve the illusion of separation between self and life. Healing becomes not about fixing but about deepening our connection to the present moment, where life reveals its innate wisdom.
The Power of Love
At the core of healing is love—not as sentimentality, but as a radical acceptance of all that we are. This love is the essence of presence, a force that holds us tenderly as we face our shadows. Through love, we discover that even our wounds carry the seeds of wholeness. Love transforms pain into wisdom, fear into trust, and division into unity.
An Ongoing Inquiry
Healing is not a straight path but a spiral that continually brings us back to the present, inviting us to surrender deeper. It is an inquiry that asks: What happens when I stop resisting? What arises when I allow myself to feel fully? How does love reveal itself when I meet life with openness?
In this inquiry, healing becomes a profound meeting with the essence of who we are. It is a journey of allowing, intimacy, and love—an ever-deepening relationship with life itself.

As a great tenderness Did come upon me Everything fell in And transformed into The love it always was. ------------------------ When I looked for myself I found emptiness When I found emptiness I discovered love When I embraced love I realized God When I realized God I found myself. ----------------------- You become aware Of your own impermanence And the impermanence Of all things At first it causes a great fear Then a great softening Followed by a great love This is surrender And that surrender Is grace. ----------------------- Love weaves us into being And holds us on our journey We think we are alone Unaware of this secret beauty. ----------------------- I am the sky, the cloud, The earth and the rain that cries upon it I am the little bird that sings its song of the dawn And the coyote that calls in the fading light I am in each death and birth I cannot be contained yet I rise as form And when I die I do not die. ----------------------- On the journey You will arrive at a point Where there are only two options One is to keep resisting your experience And the other is to deeply accept your experience Because you have realized Experience will never go away As long as you are alive And that’s it, checkmate The end of the road. ----------------------- You are but a fleeting ray of light In a vast mysterious sky Love everything While you can. ---------------------- By and by you realize it is all in the hands of the divine and you never had as much control as you imagined but what subtle impact of your will you did have you gave to love or to the resolution of inner division and fear the rest was always in the hands of God.
