A new reality has entered our door
Some may call him dog
We call him Peyote Button, Medicine for the Soul
Already the medicine has worked its way
Into our hearts and into our souls
It has turned our routine upside down
And brought us into an ever deepening
Moment by moment presence
We have experienced every emotion
And primal feeling possible
And here we all are, changing, adapting,
And, it looks like, falling into love's arms
Such tenderness in this dear sweetheart
Only 12 weeks in existence
And utterly mesmerized by life
What a blessing this is
